  • STRESS LESS, SLEEP BETTER is a coaching course geared towards becoming aware of the behavioural patterns that keep your nervous system agitated, ultimately not allowing you to sleep. It offers concrete body and psychology-based tools to help you move past them and towards a better quality life and sleep.

  • REST SNACKS is a collection of 10 short exercises based on movement, breath and meditation, designed to help you in those "emergency" moments when you cannot fall back asleep. Highly relaxing and restorative.

  • AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT audio package is only available in the Pimp Up Your Sleep course bundle and it contains 5 x 50-min audio classes based on the Feldenkrais Method, designed to help you learn about your movement patterns, as well as relax your nervous system in preparation for sleep.
